Deleting your Mowrd account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

1. In the app (fastest)

• Open the Mowrd app and sign in.
• Go to "Account", then "Delete account", and confirm.

2. Without the app

• Message us on WhatsApp at +963 937 766 441 from the number registered on your account, or use the contact details on mowrd.app, and mention the account's email address.
• We verify that you own the account and then delete it.

3. What happens next

• The account is disabled immediately, sign-in is locked and your products, offers and profile are hidden from users.
• After a retention period set by Management, verification documents, logo and device data are deleted, and the account is deleted or anonymised.
• Records of past orders are kept in anonymised form because they also concern the other party.
• Backups are replaced on a regular cycle within weeks.
